If unsatisfied with first session for any reason, parent must notify AdvancePrep that student intends to withdraw from program. **Score Improvement Guarantee: To be eligible for this guarantee, students must complete ALL assignments on time, under direction of the AdvancePrep tutor. Improvement is calculated by comparing initial diagnostic exam score (completed by student prior to start of program) to the aggregate of the best overall practice exam scores over duration of program. If scores do not meet guarantee, student is eligible to repeat identical program until guaranteed scores are achieved.
